The flower arrangements were beautiful and the demonstrations were well done to explain the arrangement techniques. Each arrangement was first demonstrated by Michael and then we were given the materials to create our own arrangement with lots of individual advice and critiques. Took home lots and lots of arrangements from the 2 day course! It was fun and would do again.

If your on the fence and just not sure if the class is worth it, just sign up. GREAT class. Learning the proper technique with Michael has been a game changer. A wealth of knowledge for you to tap into. Takes time to answer questions you have in a relaxed setting. The Houston location of Southern Floral Company is a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming also. I have never arranged flowers before this week but I feel I have learned so much.
